Here's the Crate played through a Marshall 1960 cabinet, using the settings shown on BC's Crate GX-15R, apart from the output level, since it's late night. Also, still boosting it with the CS-3.

It's just the amp gain on channel 3. Channel 4 gets stupid gainy.
I love the idea of the 2nd channel being low gain. It should work great in the cover band i'm working with right now. Herbert will still be my #1 recording amp i believe. I can't imagine them both together on a track.
That crate is definitely a monster! If i didn't already have an Orange Micro Dark(super cool for $180) i'd have to get one.
