Obviously I'm not going to kil myself but it helps to express that feeling of wanting out of a situation that seems to have no resolution or end. Family is bullshit ok. Theres a lot you can go through before reaching your breaking point. Their management of her illness is abuse and nothing else but it's so subtle and indeterminate that it won't get attention or be resolved.
