People have already quoted/echoed stuff from your other sentiment, but this one really stuck out to me. MCIS was my first CD purchase, yet alone my first SP purchase. It will always be king of the pile for me, always.
Great thread. There are a handful of folks on here whose list closely overlaps with me by 5 or 6 - yet of those remaining 5 or 4, I haven't even heard the album; guess I need to start doing some blind album buying.

Dammit, that's hard. There are some artists - namely, Neil Young and Ryan Adams - that I sat there and stared, yet couldn't pick one clear cut winner, so I just ended up skipping them in lieu of another band who's got one that I like top to bottom.
