My favorite episode is called "The Beard," if I remember correctly. It has been a while since I have watched an episode.
Elaine tries and fails to make a gay man straight and George, during his short toupee phase, is set up with a bald women.
It also has two of my favorite scenes ever, (1) when Jerry takes the lie detector test after lying about watching Melrose Place and (2) when Elaine snatches the toupee off of George's head and throws it out the window.
