The cynicism, stupidity and cruelty with which most of you have reacted to my composition is a clear indication of how fractured and wasted whatever remains of the Pumpkins fandom has become.
A complete stranger and fellow fan comes along to simply share his love for the band by putting his heart and soul in a piano cover, opens his heart to you, and you guys can do nothing but shoot him down and try to ruin his dream. "Set to drain." It is you who are the vampires of the world. And the way I see it, you are exactly the sort of bullies The Pumpkins had originally united to protect us from.
This has nothing to do with you liking or not liking my playing. It has everything to do with who you are as Pumpkin fans and human beings. I'm leaving not because I cannot withstand different opinions, but because your opinions are clearly tainted with an innate bias to hurt. And that I don't tolerate, either to me or to others.
