Just stop minding that you are fat and thinking it makes you a lesser person (or stop trying to hide that you feel like a lesser person behind too much pride which doesn't seem like your problem)
OR lose the weight if you can't do the former.
If neither of these things are achieveable, then yes, probably you should possibly potentially maybe kill yourself.
I'm hesitating so no one can say I pushed you to suicide if you get to it.
