they're searching/security has been a little overboard lately, but thats about it as far as negatives go. especially since they improved the sound system a while back. ever since my 2nd SP show I have loved this venue...it worked very well with the whole 90's moshing/crowd-surfing atmosphere, because its basically just a massive floor.

Even now-a-days with the lamer crowds....having seen Primus, Ween and Mars Volta there most recently (i think those were the last 3 shows i saw there )....all awesome. the place is very communal and its always easy to get a good spot.

Looking forward to MBV (yes, i got a ticket...with a bunch of old farts).

their sound system is still a joke.
