There's nothing illegal about that. I'm sorry if it bothers you. The band chose to use real houses in their music video, so it's a matter of history.
Lots of currently occupied houses have interesting pasts. I wouldn't condone anyone bothering anyone at those addresses, but for all we know they might even be amused at the thought that their house was once used in a famous music video. They could add that trivia to their listing when they go to sell their house, and maybe even make a little more money on the sale.
