So it's side B of Gish, about halfway through. This may indicate the song "tristessa" which is based on a book by Jack Kerouac of the same name. The novella is about the character Tristessa who is an addict struggling with her addiction to morphine. Further, the original single for Tristessa has a big pic of D'arcys face in the foreground of the cover. That's my read.
