I can't really rank them (to paraphrase my answer from the band thread, it's what you want at the time that's best) but stuff I enjoy:
Italian
Indian
Mediterranean
Mexican
American
stuff i don't:
Japanese
Chinese
Ethiopian (had once when I was like 11 so not really fair to dislike but whatever)
stuff with good elements:
French (onion soup, [mumbles, points at croissant], various breads and pastries)
English (cozy stuff that isn't coming to mind right now)
I had to stretch to even find 10 to name. I lived in Indiana all my life lol. and a lot of my views are skewed because i was raised vegetarian, so a lot of my favorites are stuff that can be made without meat
