The Simpsons kicked supremo ass tonight
"assuming my health doesn't deteriorate as I age!"
"I saw stuff in Vietnam that drove me COO-COO!" |
It got pre-empted by Survivor over here.

God bless TV Guide. |
Biggest lol from me:
Knock-Em, Sock-Em Cyborgs. I felt it flowed really well tonight, and I'm glad the bart angle payed off so well. There were plently of jokes, and tons of visual gags from Bart's shirts. Good to see some better work from Joel H. Cohen. This episode was much better than The Fat and the Furriest and Brawl in the Family |
yah, the simpsons has been hit or miss but I thought all the jokes worked. Osama Bin Scratchy, the tiger that looked like Bart, the Krusty-Brand Giger Detector ("This thing's gonna blow! Drop this toy and run as fast as you can!")
My favourite joke was also the cheapest one: "Well, at least I have my health!" *gets hit by a car* What can I say, I love bad jokes. |
i want mcdonalds

watching it right now. funniest line so far was the michael jackson gag
"nothing delights parents more than when an eccentric single man takes an interest in their child!" |
i liked when homer talked about wang enhancement
|
Missed it but now torrenting.
|
not really. there were quite a few "is this supposed to be funny?" moments.
|
i didn't even realize that the willy wonka guy was eric idle until the credits rolled. that's the second different character he supplied the voice for in what, 2 years?

The Simpsons always kick supremo ass, especially the old episodes.

eric idle was the safari guy homer was watching on tv |
when the willy wonka guy showed up I immediately thought they should have gotten Billy West to do it. His Wonka impression in "Fry & the Slurm Factory" was fucking great.
|
I honestly don't care to watch that show anymore.
|
I was at work, and got home a little less than an hour ago. umf.
