my neighboor is a violinist and records sounds of whales for a living
 

okay, it jsut doesn't get cooler than that...he lives upstairs from me and plays cello and violin...and told me the other day that he heard me play "iron man" and thought it was awesome (so he's sooo invited to my bands first show) and he's a big sabbath fan and stuff.
oh yeah and the whale thing, wow, that's so interesting.

that is cool

except that his daily routine would be something like...
wake up
eat.
make whale sounds.
eat again.
wonder how you can get better at making whale sounds, like that one prick that is always bragging about how more whaley he is.
contemplate suicide.
fall asleep to carson daly's last call show
dream about fucking a whale in the ass and making it your bitch.

nice. so is he a marine biologist or something? I am making the assumption that by saying "record" you meant actual sounds made by whales. I don't think I'd mind doing that for a living. If they didn't pay like $12,000 a year or something.
