Do any of you get G4 (tv channel)?
 

We just got digital cable recently and now we get G4. It's all about video game stuff. I assumed it would cheesey and lame but it's actually not. They have this one show called Icons where they profile major players in the video game industry like Sid Meier, Will Wright and of course Shiggy. It's really well done. And there is a live show called G4.com where they talk about current issues in gaming and they chat with people online. And one of the hosts kinda looks like Tori Amos but hotter. And they show reruns of this sweet game show from the 80s called "Starcade" (which i vaguely remember watching as a youngster) where the contestants play games like Journey and Moon Patrol. So this is like my favorite channel now. You should watch it if you get it.

a friend of mine gets it.
we usually watch it whenever i'm over there.
starcade was cool at first, but the novelty wears off pretty quickly. it's not a very good show. i do remember it from back in the day, though.
there is a lot of junk on the channel too, tough.. and stuff repeats moderately often.
i can only stand to hear so much about first person shooters. i care not.
