Aronofsky purchases script for Choke (Chuck Palahniuk)?
 
this is apparently the news off the front lines from someone i know who saw Mr. Palahniuk at a signing today.

i wish someone would pick up Survivor. goddammit. pussy studios afraid to do anything remotely related to hijacking.

this is sweet. chuck is also adapting a book by by Katie Arnoldi called Chemical Pink, which fincher has the rights too. aparantly theyre working on this together, commented as being a "dark film with Kevin Spacey".

word. I read Survivor and Choke this summer and Survivor was the better book in my opinion. heck, i even liked it better than Fight Club.

Survivor is by far the best book of the 3 of his i've read. i have trouble finding Invisible Monsters and i haven't bought Lullaby yet. maybe i'll go do that tonight.
