beta fish are awesome. if you want a bit of entertainment get another one and put the bowls side by side - it's funny to watch them puff up when they happen to notice each other.

Heh. That's what a coworker of mine told me to do... I just might do it too because my mother wants me to go buy her a beta fish too.

I'm not sure what to name it yet... it's a silvery/blue/green color with the first bottom fin a deep red. He's really pretty.

I did that to my beta fish...and then my mom yelled at me because it's supposedly a mean and taunting thing to do to the poor fish.
