My coworkers are very paranoid people
 
I woke up yesterday morning with an itchy red left eye. I get to work, and my coworkers start giving me the vampire treatment, saying I have pink eye. The problem is, when I have allergies, my eyes get all swollen and red, and although it may look like I have pink eye, it's actually not. But no matter how much I tried to explain this to them, they just shooed me home...I mean, Christ, if I'm gonna have to wake up at 5:30 am to be at work at 6, I might as well work my shift, seeing as I won't be able to go back to sleep when I go home. As for my supposed "pink eye," after I washed it out with a Boric Acid solution, it was gone at about noon.

On the plus side, I got an extra day off this week, offsetting the fact I had to work extra last week, so I guess it wasn't all that bad a deal. Still, my coworkers have to understand that I get red eyes occasionally, and it's not pink eye.

tomorrow, go to work with puss oozing out your ears and bloody teeth. Be sure to give them a toothy grin before they make you go home.

Getting out of work is always good.

I slacked off for about two hours today. I was actually toying with the idea of leaving early--my boss was out of the office--but decided against it, which turned out to be a good thing, because twenty minutes til quitting time, he called, wanting some figures out of the Quickbooks program.

I did leave ten minutes early, however, which was nice.

Slacking off at my job is quite easy. There are lots of places inside the store where you can just kick back and relax for 15-20 minutes at a time. The upper-level manager, however, may be onto me, though...bleah. All he does is run around all day in a ridiculous attempt to look important.

Desi - Your avatar is the wrong FFVII character. In my current FFVII game, you're Tifa, not Yuffie.

go to the doctor. don't let them prescribe you allegra though those pills are too big. ask for claritin. allegra sucks my balls.

allegra IS ghetto. get some zyrtec or claritin, although claritin's the better choice.
