i never knew louisiana had run-off elections

what happened is some democrat got like 49% of the vote but about 47% of the vote was split between two republican candidates. so apparently this run-off election law allows parties the option of running more than one candidate. is this a good thing? does it encourage factions?
neverfuckingmind. |
I think the unusual thing about Louisiana is that they don't have primaries. They can't be the only state with runoffs can they?

i'm pretty sure they are. i mean there are what 3 undecided senate seats? i think 2 of them are just too close to call or something and louisiana is undecided cuz they need to do runuffs. i personally concluded in the past 20 minutes that runoff elections are probably a pretty good idea.
