Iron Maiden VS Metallica
 

ok vote, which band do you prefer, just being curious

metallica up to ...and justice for all.

I hate Mayden's vocals, lyrics and the supposed epic's that always sound cheesy. On the other hand (and as a Cliff fan), I only enjoy Metallica's Ride the Lightning and Master of the Puppets, being "Orion", "Call of the Ktulu" and "The Thing that should not be" classic stuff, so I pick Metallica instead. Venom and Celtic Frost were also good bands that gave inspiration to lot's of bands. I can't imagine black metal without venom, and doom/goth avant gard without celtic frost's rex irae.

well i like both too but the point of the thread is that you have to decide which one you prefer... :p

When it comes to older material - Metallica. More recent, Iron Maiden.

Metallica should either get their act together once and for all, or stop dressing like Linkin Park and call it quits.
