sex & lucia
i've been renting a lot of movies lately, seeing as how i can't get out much... the last one i rented that i loved was 'he loves me, he loves me not' with audrey tatou in it.
last night i rented 'sex & lucia' which is spanish w/ subtitles. i love movies with subtitles. anyway. oh my god. i cried 4 times. this movie was so great, so intense. go rent it. it's amazing. |

i went to see that with my bf at the time. that alone completely ruined the experience for me. i fail to remember much about the movie, really. i remember admiring some of the scenes- them waking eachother up with kisses and licks- her stripping in public. i fell furthur intrigued by and attracted to madrid and the mediterranean after seeing the film.

sex and lucia was a really nice movie-not overly dramatic or anything. it makes you want to be in love-yeah , not to mention hot sex.

Unfortunately the story can't reach out and grab the audience in spite of fine performances and good everything else because the emphasis is not on the players but on the diddled up storyline which is about as interesting as a mobius strip. An honest, sincere misfire, this flick will be of most interest to those into Eurodramas with tastefully done sex, nudity, and French angst.
