usually not more than once a week. some of my friends have pointed out that it's slightly abnormal, but i'm sure there are others with the same shitting habits

2-3 times a day. But then, I eat almost exclusively vegetables, fruits, and multi-grain products... And I'm lactose intollerant. POOPTASTIC!
