it happened again
 

normally i take my pajamas with me into the shower so i cahnge in the bathroom bu ttoday i forgot my pajamas! so i put my towel on and i go out to get my pajamas an di'm putting my dirty clothes in the hamper and putting my jeans and bra back in the drawer (:erm: ) and discussing popcorn with my roommate and this friend of my roommate's knocks on the door and comes in and he sees me and goes 'oh my god i'm sorry!' and he ran out of the room. it made me feel like medusa or something. but yeah this isn't. i mean i was wearing a towel and it's not a big deal 'cause towels are like. you know. they cover your belly and your boobs and your ass and your thighs and stuff so there was nothing embarassing hanging out or anything. but then i went to change in the bathroom and he came back in and he was all back in there going 'i'm really really sorry' and it made me feel like everyone thinks i'm this uptight freak well i guess i am uptight just about weird things. like just now he came in to return cards and he came near my computer and i froze. i'm uptight about people looking over my shoulder and watching what i'm typing but yeah. and i'm uptight about people walking in on me while i'm sitting naked on the toilet!!!!! :mad: nevermind. but two nights in a row. i'm just scared people will start accuse me of like sitting naked on the toilet in purpose or something although that doesn't make sense .nevermind. i just posted this cuz i thought smiley33 would get a kick out of it :-/

The time the light went out in the shitter, i forgot to bring a towel for when i took a shower so i had to run naked from the bathroom to the bedroom and i was dripping wet and my roommate stepped in the puddles i left and thought the kitty peed and i almost died from freezing to death because it was the middle of the winter

new development

my roommate (one who didn't walk in on me, let's call her W) just informed me that last night, about 30 seconds after M(the one who did) walked in on me, this guy who lives upstairs came into our room, put his hand on the doorknob, and was about to open the door when W went 'NOOO' or osmething. which is weird cuz i didn't hear that. and i know that this was before the shower came on and after i'd flushed the toilet (cuz he obviously didn't think anyone was in there) so at about that time i was standing in th emiddle of the bathroom naked!!! ahhh! oh man. i am so fucking lucky. i am no longer going to dwell on my roommate walking in on me and seeing maybe part of my leg near the toilet. holy shit. disaster averted.

The dorm bathroom my freshman year of college was set up really poorly because the shower stalls were like in this little back hallway behind the rest of the bathroom but the main light switches were right by the door. It was also just a really huge bathroom. So once I had just finished taking a shower and someone left by the front door and turned all the lights off because they didn't know I was back there. So I'm stuck in this huge room and I can't see anything. I had to grope around in the dark for my towel and then feel my way along the walls to the door. It wasn't fun.

yeah according to julio i'm an exhibitionist for being naked in the bathroom with the door closed

yes. after that i do lock the restroom door. however i didn't really think it was necessary considering there are exactly 3 people in my room and the concept of knocking before you open the door should exist. it's not as easy as 'fucking lock the restroom door' because of course if i actually put enough attnetion to it i will lock the door, but you don't normally expect people to walk in on you when you're about to take a shower, people don't really do that. so yes. i do lock the bathroom door now but i didn't before because it never really entered my head that someone would come into the bathroom even if they knew someone was in there doing god knows what. thanks for your concern.

listen, there is a fucking lock, it's just that i, like most people in this world, am not 100% conscious of every fucking thing in the world. i doubt YOU lock the restroom door every fucking time you use it. well i'm the exact same. it didn't really enter my head.

it's the same fucking process. you can't ALWAYS be aware 100% of the time of EVERYTHING that's around you. things happen. so i don't lock the bathroom door all the time. it doesn't make me a bad person, it makes me human. holy fucking shit. i can't believe you people.

i'm basically the only person who ever locks it and i'm always scared i'm locking one of them out. ummm. but i always do close the door behind me. oh yeah. i just remembered

my roommate doesn't want anyone to lock the door while they take a shower, just in case someone has to get something from teh ********** or wash their face or something while the person is in the shower

umm. maybe it's the fact that this is sort of an obvious option? like it doesn't take any skill or genius to figure out or anything. it was a stupid fucking suggestion and the fact that you suggested in the first place sort of shows this like blame you're putting on me or contempt for my 'carelessness' or something. just shut up. of course you lock the bathroom door. duh. jesus christ.
