my dog pees on the couch. she pees every 45 minutes, she asked to go out when we're in sight of her, otherwise, she pees on the couch.

i KNOW she can hold it all night, she sleeps in her crate. so what the hell???

what do i do? tips anyone?

and yes, we are getting rid of the couch.
