It makes me happy too.

The neon green takes away from any kind of menacing effect those dirty goths are trying to create.

Relaxor- What is your obsession with the Tirpitz?

I've seen you mention it before.

Oh, well, I'm really into nautical engineering, and the Bismarck and Tirpitz are two of my favorite warships. The sinking of the Tirpitz is one of the strangest war stories too, and I think in the beginning that's what sparked my interest.

Why's it so strange? Summary, please?

I don't know if you'll find it strange, but here goes.

The Tirpitz was the sister ship of the Bismarck, which had been recently sunk after destroying Allied shipping for months. The Tirpitz was docked in Norway and the Allies knew that once the repairing was done it would be sea-worthy again and would pummel them. So the British launched Lanaster bombers, which were designed for night bombing and for land targets to destroy it while in port. They faced no air opposition because the Germans had never considered it to even be a target, and there was nobody to man the anti-aircraft guns on the Tirpitz because all the crewmen were off-ship. It sunk quietly and the Germans never made a large-tonnage battleship again.

I think what ruins that picture for me is that the nun in the foreground doesn't have her finger on the trigger.
