pretty much, sometimes I just smoke for something to do. A reason to go outside and take a break. Or oral fixation. But when I try to quit, it is the nicotine that gets me.

When I tried to quit it was the fact that I really didn't want to because I still like it and it hasn't fucked up my health THAT much.

It's the addicting agent in cigarettes. It's what gives people shakes and shit when they try to quit. I'd say that removing it from the equation would be beneficial.
