What Was Your Latest Injury?
 

...inspired by my injured finger

I was moving some things around in the fridge at work today when my co-workers and i suddenly heard this loud banging/buzzing noise. I then realized that it was my right index finger being cut by the fan. I didn't even realize that my hand was near the fan. It was bleeding a lot and now it really hurts. I did quite a number on it.

The fan sliced into the nail bed from the tip of my finger to the middle and took half of the nail with it.
It looks like I slammed it in a door or something.

It's not only physically sore, but it's also an eyesore.

i fell on a knife

I was at the bar on monday and bent down to pick something up and when I came back up I knocked my head on the corner of the bar, my head was cut but nothing serious. It hurts like hell still tho :(

i cant think of the last. but the worst was when i was stabbed in the hand.

and now im afraid of balloons.

I work in a dirty warehouse,

I get about 3-10 cuts a week(hands)

i don't count like minor cuts and stuff as injuries.
I couldn't even tell you how often i get minor bumps and bruises.

when I broke the window and it cut my hand.

it hurts... so bad...
 

there i was... runnin thru the graveyard... that dude that shovels crap for dead ppl for a living was runnin after me with his shovel and all... dude... he was screamin: YOU FUCKIN SATAN WORSHIPERS! YOU FUCKIN IDIOTS! I'LL CALL TEH POLICE YUO! dude. he was mental. i just wanted to water my tree (i have a tree in the graveyard! YAH. i'm cool). so the evil fuck starts running faster and stuff and i really dun have any speed and stuff and then *pop* my liver explodes or somethin (darn drugz. they make my organs hurt) and i fuckin stop. i thought i was still runnin and stuff... well.... anyways i sit there waitin for the dude... he's liek WHERE ARE YOU?! I'LL SHOVE MY...UHM SHOVEL UP YER ASS. YEAH! AND I'LL SING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM OF CHINA WHILE IMMA DO THAT! well... it was pretty dark... so he didn't notice me... i managed to sneak out (I JUMPED OVER THE FENCE! WOH!) and... when i got home... oh god... i went into my room and turned on the light... and oh god... i realised i'd BROKEN A NAIL! i am still suffering...

i've managed to fall down/run into things and get bruised/cut/etc. but that doesnt count, really, because its a daily thing...

Last week I helped my friend move and I cut my leg on a metal part of a bureau, it ripped my jeans but did not break the skin. I have a huge bruise. I was paranoid about tetnus...

i twisted my knee and ankle a little bit playing basketball. rolling over your ankle sucks.

I got drunk and fell down a hill with thorn bushes. I hit my left front tooth on the cement at the bottom, which bent it a little bit. I also skinned my knee and all the flesh on the second toe of my left foot was ripped off. Plus my left cheek was pretty cut up.

Bruises on my arms and thighs from moving into my new apartment.

i have "xbox thumb". time for workers comp.

hmm... i just hurt myself again. my mom said i should have a bath and teh sponge... oh GAWD... it peeled my skin... oh... right now i'm just praying to jesus or allah or whateva that... that really wasn't skin. maybe it was just a thick layer of dirt (HAHA i just wrote firt. uhm. LOL). does this count?

who the fuck is suze? is she hawt? bleh... on the other hand... i dun really like the name suze. maybe if it was... LARIS or somethin... mmm...

I was doing some roofing work las fall and I slipped and fell into the house and I cut myself up a bit and badly sprained my wrist.

I burned my ass sitting on top of Mike's car last night.

mmmm besides small things like stubbing a toe or whatever...
last october my boyfriend at the time was tickling me, even though i HATE that and told him NEVER to do it. well we were laying on a bed and my foot got caught in the comforter and arched the wrong way. like an upside down 'u.' and it hurt for a few weeks and it STILL hurts when i move it a certain way.
apparently i tore some ligaments and never let them heal.

hey, what are the chances of this thread appearing on the same day I got injured playing baseball. I was sliding into third and my left cleat got caught in the dirt (crappy infield). I twisted my ankle pretty badly, but I stayed in the game. it hurts quite a bit to walk on it now and it's really swollen. I'm icing it.

hmmph, hope I can play tomorrow.

My latest injury is the ol' dirt in the eye after diving for a ball down the first base line.
