What happens if you don't pay at the end of a toll road?
 

Do they arrest you? Take your license plate number and bill you? Bitch-slap you and pawn your personal belongings to passing motorists?

here, they write you a ticket and take you plate numbers and stuff.

it's easy to run through tolls here, though. usually no people there and the polls are up all the time.

when i was in lawrence, ks to visit rp. on the way back i blew by a toll road booth because he did. well, i didn't know you didn't have to pay if you had a certain license or something. so, i had to go back and get my ticket. they were mad at me, but gave it to me anyway.

i have a thing that electronically charges your account everytime you use the turnpike.

a while ago i drove by the ticket booth without getting a ticket and i was like hmm. and i felt dumb and i didn't want to have to pay the maximum amount like you do if you try to get off without having a ticket so i drove right through the exit booth too. the guy came out of it and yelled at me and i laughed. i didn't get in trouble.
