When I saw this, I thought you said "I have some Chicken and Ice!" which gave me a mental image of a chicken-smoothie. I am suddenly not hungry.
Um, chicken recipes. Cut it up and stir fry it in a pan with some oil. If you have any veggies, stir fry them with it too. Cook it with teriyaki sauce, or soy sauce, or any kind of curry sauce. Or you can try out random spices and seasonings on it. A little Tabasco sauce if you're into that. Even cooking it with a little orange juice is pretty good, if you're in the mood for sweet. And put it all on top of the rice.
Another thing you can do is fry or boil the chicken, cook up some veggies (brocolli or asparagus are good) and then use, like...instant powdered soup mix to make sauce, if you have anything like that in the house. Just use about 1/3 to 1/2 as much powder as you'd use for a serving of soup, and only mix in half as much water/milk as you'd otherwise use. It'll come out a thicker consistency, more saucy than soupy. Then you can pour all of that over the rice.
(Can you tell this is like all I eat? :p)
