anyone ever had strep throat?
 

I think i have it. i've never had such a horrible sore throat. I almost want to cry each time i swallow... i can't eat anything that's not liquid. My ears ache like a mofo and i just feel sick all over. it's 7:00 and i'm going to hit the student health services as soon as it opens...

Just make sure you drink lots of liquids, like healthy stuff to keep your body hydrated and nourished. When you go to the doctor, you get the pleasure of having a big fucking cotton swab shoved down your throat and you're not supposed to gag. Its sick.

Anyways, just keep the liquids in you because it can get much worse. You should be okay though.

i missed a week of school in gradr six, too. when i came back, the teacher yelled at me for not being up to date. i started to cry in class. :D oh, and it was my birthday.

yeah it's strep. but wow, like krazee said, after 24 hourso f being on amoxicillin i feel much better. That was a shitty two days, though. i've never had such acute pain except for when i had migraines, though. ears and throat. ugh. now i'm going to try to make my dad take me to see finding nemo as a consolation prize :D

I had it when I was in grade school and it sucked - felt like I was swallowing glass no matter what I had. Hope you feel better soon - get a prescription for something if you can, it does help a lot.
