i don't know jalapeno slices or pickled jalapenos or whatever, but i don't think i'd have a problem with one slice/pepper in a jar.
i'd probably eat it, though.
adding it to a fresh jar is a no-no.

there is no kind of pepper i like. some i can deal with, like a little bell pepper in something. i can deal with, but don't really like, some dishes with pepper-flavor (like habanero chicken wings or something). but 100% of the time i'd prefer something having nothing to do with peppers.
