Can someone that says they don’t like pie be trusted

What do you think?

Alice 02-15-2020 05:02 PM

It seems unlikely to me

Alice 02-15-2020 05:03 PM

I mean, there are just so many types of pie

Alice 02-15-2020 05:03 PM

Do you like pie

Well?

Alice 02-15-2020 05:06 PM

If there’s one thing I know it’s this:

buzzard 02-15-2020 05:29 PM

We need to get the specifics on this pie business or else it'll all go to biscuits.

Look, brother, you can't blame Ram for this. You know the rules. You agreed to them. Ram wants to help you, to protect you, to keep you in the fold. But by breaking the covenant, you are forcing his hand.

You are bringing this banishment on yourself! You have only yourself to blame!

buzzard 02-15-2020 06:26 PM

I don't want this thing where pizza is referred to as pie. Not on my Stauer.

Alice 02-15-2020 06:41 PM

You ever had an eclair?

toase 02-15-2020 06:41 PM

I'm in love with cucas

Alice 02-15-2020 06:42 PM

I had never had an eclair. But then yesterday I did. So now I have

Alice 02-15-2020 06:42 PM

All in all, I’m supportive of eclairs

Tell me more about this please

buzzard 02-15-2020 07:03 PM

I had not imagined eclairs would be quite that firm when I first went in to eat one, coming at it as I did from the perspective of a cream doughnut veteran.

Alice 02-15-2020 07:13 PM

I must say I too was surprised by the firmness of my eclair

Alice 02-15-2020 07:17 PM

Thank you for your service by the way

FoolofaTook 02-15-2020 07:26 PM

I see that I was wrong.

Truly, this is the board's nadir.

I hope you're proud of yourself, Tyler.

Alice 02-15-2020 07:43 PM

Don’t want a whole slice/just let me taste the pie

Agreed. Pizza is clearly a cake with tomato icing.

buzzard 02-15-2020 09:29 PM

At my local truffle oil and avocado-themed sriracha speakeasy, they actually list the pizzas under Open Sandwiches.

buzzard 02-15-2020 09:32 PM

I usually order the deconstructed Protein Connoisseur's with an atmosphere of Himalayan liquid nitrogen.

smashingjj 02-16-2020 01:25 PM

smashingjj 02-16-2020 01:58 PM

i do like pie but I'm not much of a sweet tooth.

Red peppers in everything.

yo soy el mejor 02-16-2020 02:18 PM

do any of you put cobbler and quiche in the same category as pie? (a panini is a sandwich, no?)

there weren't a lot of pies in neighborhood growing up. a diner called norma's had some but they were always behind glass and i thought they looked cool, but not necessarily appetizing. a friend in 3rd grade also brought meringue pie to school for a project and that's when i learned you could whip eggs like that.

the first pie i really ate was when i made a pumpkin pie in my teens. i really only like pumpkin, variations of pecan, and chocolate pies.

redbreegull 02-16-2020 02:56 PM

the answer to the question posed is no. and I don't even really like deserts or sweet stuff

redbreegull 02-16-2020 02:57 PM

savory pies are a whole other galaxy which I will not touch on today, thank you

cobbler is sweet; quiche is savory
