I've been thinking a lot about the spirit of Christmas and what I've realized is that getting caught up in a cyclical torrent of endless yelling and name-calling on the internet is an experience I don't want to go to my grave having missed out on. That's why this year, all I want for Christmas is you as my new board nemesis. So in addition to updating the countdown daily, I'll be using this thread to personally insult you. I'd do this daily as well but there aren't enough of you wretched, slithering hagfish attached to the rotting carcass of this board for that to work so I'll do my best to spread it out and make the fun last all season

This thread is very timely, because I've really been reconnecting with Christ over the past couple years. I know I've spoken out against religion before, but I think I was mostly trying to be an edge lord. My life started to spiral off the rails once I gave up my faith and I never realized the correlation.

The bible offers a moral compass and a path to a righteous way of life. I've been listening a lot to philosophers and I realize a lot of what's happening in society is just an attack on Logos and the righteousness of Christ
