Just saw the new Star Wars movie. It had good guys. It had bad guys. It had good guys fighting bad guys. All in all it was the best movie of the decade

What's also a foregone conclusion is the Senate trial. Republicans control that chamber, so they'll acquit him. Mitch McConnell pretty much told us that the trial isn't going to be a trial. |
Even though impeachment obviously hurts Trump's reputation, I just hope Democrats don't get complacent and over-emphasize the significance of this. The actual battle will be at the polls, and eleven months is, like, a decade in politics-time. They had better pick a candidate who is going to primarily focus on what their ideas to help Americans are, rather than thinking that just going "Trump bad" is a sufficient campaign message.
I mean, he is bad, but we've already seen that this strategy doesn't work. |
I don't know, Biden's entire campaign seems to be "Trump is bad, the other Dem candidates are bad and their progressive ideas are bad" and he keeps leading in the polls
Like can anyone name a policy he's proposed |

You know, those olden glory days, yes i remember, back when the elderly white men who ruled our fates at least tried, at least in public, not to be completely vile |

Which is gonna lead to a lot of glorious “HUH?!? BUH BUH — UH WHA?!?“ this morning when millions of dumbshits have to grapple with a modicum of complexity to realize their great butthead in chief hasn’t actually been removed from office, yet |
Someone I work with asked me if this means he’s no longer president.
She also asked me if Bill Clinton finished his term. Some people don’t give a FUCK. |
How the fuck do they not teach in History class that Clinton was, in accordance with the Constitution, broken upon the wheel
|
She’s over 60 so her history lessons were more focused on how the pilgrims were grifted out of their gold to the nefarious native people.

Then tell us what she says |

Withholding the articles until senate confirms an impartial trial is genius imo
You can tell it’s working by just how flabbergasted and butthurt is the administration over it Let them stew in it, hold on to em as long as u can, i’d say |
yeah I think maybe Dems are sort of vaguely starting to grasp that the old rules are gone and they need to play dirty

MOAR IMPEACH!!!

Trump first president to attend anti-abortion rally
"We're here for a very simple reason: to defend the right of every child born and unborn to fullfil their God-given potential." But pro-choice groups said his appearance was a distraction tactic. Ilyse Hogue, the president of NARAL Pro-Choice America, said it was "a desperate attempt to divert attention from his criminal presidency and fire up his radical base". |
Pelosi should have never sent the articles over to the Senate. Good way to gift Trump a free boost in the polls after the Senate inevitably acquits him without seriously considering the charges or allowing any relevant witnesses to testify. The acquital will allow Fox News to spin this as an exoneration.
Pelosi should have just sat on the articles indefinitely, let McConnell take the blame for not allowing a fair trial, and let Trump enter 2020 election as the president who is still going through the process of being impeached. Fuck this dumb earth; we're getting another four years of this clown, aren't we? The election is going to be one out-of-touch rambling boomer against another, and the sociopathic, Nazi-loving one is going to win. |
Are they at least going to begin dumping witness testimony and evidence all over the mediasphere's face right as the "trial" is taking its last vain gasps at an airless mass of pillow?
