i'm not seeing anyone, but my pattern is not monogamous and now that i am finally ready to start dating again i don't think i am going to be monogamous. there are a few things that would keep me happy with just one person, but they are probably just fantasies, so i usually am happier with either casual or open relationships.

lol no, I mostly have a few people I really love in my life, and I'm not really interested in hierarchies or in telling people what to do. Some of those relationships are platonic, others not quite, but the difference doesn't much matter to me.

Many people who are not monogamous still have decided on one partner.

In gay man land this seems so obvious but apparently it is not so in other corners.

(Non-monogamy =/= polyamory if that’s still a thing that needs to be stressed)

I am currently dating two people. One is into relationship anarchy, which I'm not sure I really understand. I also go on dates with new people a couple of times a month.

I don't think I could have a strictly monogamous relationship again. The expectations and jealously and close-mindedness of it just made me sad and lonely.
