I reckon he would like us to believe that he's really really different in real life but he's probably pretty similar. I reckon he's probably good at first impressions, seems amicable at first, quickly displays an inability to read boundaries with women and aggravates quickly when said boundaries are articulated. Probably also quick to anger in any kind of confrontational situation or when asked to do something. Flashes of anger followed by pretend calm and restitution. Many people in his professional life choose not to challenge him because they're afraid that he could become violent at a moment's notice. He probably reads this behaviour as respect.

they've actually got multiple complaints against him but last time he was asked to modify his behaviour he spent 40 minutes yelling at the HR lady that she was overstepping herself by not seeing that this was all an act he put on to test out kimani shorter typology on his coworkers and since then nobody in HR has the patience for it
