Her comment doesn't fit into a larger pattern. Yours does. this isn't about individual comments, it's about a sustained, demonstrable pattern of shitty attitudes towards women. Even the phrase "White Knight" implies that the only conceivable reason someone would call out shitty behaviour is to try and get laid themselves, which fits perfectly with your profile as someone who hates it when women have autonomy, be it bodily autonomy or otherwise.
