It’s the internet. You believe what people say online especially in the context of a “psych ward” type place like here? The hard drug thing is a persona. Some people here are clued in on that. You are either naive or you just lack sarcasm. Or both

Personas aren’t an indication of being mentally unstable. They are just used to blend in

What I have noticed is that if an adequate balance of carbohydrates and hot baths are achieved, emotional self-regulation is at least 20% more succesful. I have been studying myself and some others that I met at another message board and they report the same improvement. Have you heard of this?
