This Christmas, I thought my sister's vegan boyfriend would be coming over, so I marinated and roasted an entire cauliflower. He didn't come over, but it was delicious nonetheless.

Just the other day, I was thinking of how funny it'd be if somebody's favourite vegetable to juice were celery.

cauliflower smells pungent when it is cut up. broccoli not so much

I find cauliflower milder than broccoli. I can eat cauliflower raw, but broccoli, it's usually gotta be cooked, or else it feels too heavy and fibrous and tastes too strong.
