It's probably just teenagers from the subcontinent, figuring that the accumulation of facts is what people mean when they refer to interpersonal relationship-building.

I was on the other day and was reading through them. It was like being back in 2003 again, recognizing all the names and old convos. Made me a little nostalgic. Also made me realize I was ridiculously stupid back then as well.
