My entire relationship with marijuana was breathing in the smoke.
Never felt the actual urge to try out

Don’t smoke to numb feelings or just because, ask why you’re reaching for it and try to get an honest answer from yourself before committing to a stone
Don’t smoke, actually, vape instead, because it’s milder and easier to control the effects via temperature of the vaping
Take long breaks when it gets sad

Don't go down the rabbit hole of watching vape videos on youtube, cause it's a deep and weird one.
