JUUL (and others cig replacements)
So. This is funny because teenz are getting into it. But it’s the first time I’ve believed an e-cig is good enough to get me to ditch cigarettes. I’m very excited.

so, you're susceptible to marketing ploys and fads? very exciting news!

No I’ve been trying to quit smoking for five years.

And I think this will work.

Vuse have been working for me but I have a bad habit of leaving the charger at work and not being able to hold off until the next day. End up buying a pack. Sure do wish it just had a micro USB to charge

I quit cold turkey a bit over two months ago after smoking for a few years. I think if I started vaping I'd just start smoking cigarettes at parties again. Also, it's still nicotine and tar, don't fool yourself.

how is it tar?

I was hooked on the gum for a few months, when I quit. It was easy for me to quit because there was a chance I was going to become pregnant, and also in NZ the government would send you free gum, and a prescription or something, for heavily subsidised quit devices.
I don't think the e-cigs are any different. At least if you stop smoking actual cigarettes your respiration will improve and you'll be able to exercise and stuff. I used half the money I saved from not smoking, on renting an exercise bike, and the other half on a paid tv subscription. I'd feel like a cigarette and jump on the exercise bike and watch Jerry Springer re-runs. So...you know. Don't let anyone judge your coping strategies for quitting. Because they could be worse. |
