I made a decision earlier this year to change my life. It was gut wrenching and painful, but it was a good thing. I started hormones and had an almost immediate mental shift. It was like my mind was rewired. It has changed my perspective on almost everything.

I used to be an angry person. I got off on arguing with people. I think it was a mixture of anger and it was a type of distraction. I think Testosterone was bad for me. It exacerbated certain bahaviors and thought patterns that made me miserable.

When i say that people locking horns turned me off from this forum what I meant was that I no longer have any interest in flame wars with people. There are several people on this board that constantly post asinine, offensive and pointless garbage. I no longer want that stuff in my life. I really don't want to have to sift through countless shit posts by trump supporters or conspiracy freaks.

I don't want negativity in my life anymore. I don't need that bullshit in the moments I choose to try to relax or connect with my friends.

Yeah, I used to bitch and scream and name call in here ad nauseum. But I stopped that. That was a different person. I'm not that person anymore.

Most of the best people in here I connect with on other online platforms and It's a much better experience than sharing my words with people like fuzz or TOC or whatever username C Wilson is using this month.

I'm watching 4 or 5 year old episodes of Hello Counselor on youtube, just the ones featuring the celebrity guests I like (mostly Kim Sunggyu or other Infinite members. Too sad to watch anything with SHINee members). It's actually not a bad show but the guilt is in my episode selection. I mean it's still a form of reality TV that exploits people's problems for entertainment purposes, but it aims to fix them, weakly. Anyway it helps me with my Korean comprehension. :erm:
