They are called canônigos in brazil. Aka rabbit's lettuce (alface de coelho)

Is it good? I should try looking for it some time.

Very mild and buttery. No bitterness at all in my experience. My favorite part is the texture- it's slightly succulent. Lords knows I love my succulent salad ingredients: talinum, purslane, even some young spinach is kinda succulent.

My ex friend used to call me coñeja and also my family has a pet rabbit. I have also been to Coney Island. They're lagomorphs and not rodents

Also they're hella cute.

When I was in 2nd grade the caretaker of our school found a rabbit on the premises. It became my class pet rabbit for that summer, we took great care of him.
I wonder if school administration found him a home or what... back then all I knew is that my rabbit friend was gone and cried.
