How serious about your diet are you?
My girlfriend, who is on a gluten-free diet and buys organic produce (aka flushing perfectly good money down the toilet) rightfully gives me shit for the stuff I keep in my cupboard. Admittedly, I still shop like a teenager who's been left alone for the weekend, though I do eat lots of veggies and cook regularly for myself.
So how about you? Twinkies and kale? Microwaved frozen dinners? Cereal for dinner? |
i go back and forth from being really good to being really bad. good for me is eating good balanced meals and bad is just going out all the time. when i'm doing well i eat a ton of vegetables and lean meats, but i don't really cook anything complicated, more like just a chicken breast and a salad or maybe put the chicken breast in the salad. fruit. oatmeal with fruit. veggie burgers, turkey burgers, baked fish. also i like v8 and like the potassium (low sodium v8 that is) and also have been drinking more coconut water lately which is kinda my soda compromise

I try to keep sugar intake down as it gives you man boobs.
Oh man, what a can of worms for me. I prefer healthy foods when I can afford them. I deeply, DEEPLY lament that junk food is cheaper. I have a plethora of food issues....I'm picky (understatement). My weakness is desserts and I don't like most meat. or sauces. Or dressings. I like bland and simple things like carbs and produce. Fruit is the best food.
I live off milk a lot, and smoothies. And soups. I'd rather drink my meals, it's easier on me.
That's because of stomach problems, though. I love way rich and spicy food tastes but it's more trouble!e than its worth. Vanilla ice cream is my best friend to cool that shit down. Like, I ate toast this morning and threw it up. :/

I've been eating a little bit of everything, but just have a meal per day.
Which I know is supposedly awful for one's health. But it's been working fine for me. |
I do love all fast foods and greasy foods tho.
Could go to a mcdonald's right about now. |
Moving out will be wonderful for my health, I won't have to work around anyone else's diet
i wouldn't call it a 'diet', but in general i try to eat as healthily as possible.
brown rice, lentils, eggs, brown bread with various seeds in it, home cooking stuff, pasta. i rigorously drink one lemon per day - half at morning time, half before bed. i go out quite a bit to eat with friends at various restaurants, mostly chinese ones, so i guess that might not be the best health stuff out there for you, but it ultimately can't be that bad if you choose the right dishes. lots of veggies, dumplings, etc etc. |
I once lost 40 pounds in one summer eating nothing but Wendy's.
Not at all thank you
why would I need to diet?
Because you fancy a colour change?
If I had a hook up for quality fresh fish, i'd eath sushi every day.
All you guys who want to lose weight should give your food to me. I will eat it for you I promise. Lol that's also what she said.
what you eat daily is called a diet.
I know, you infernal landlubber, I was using it in the conventional sense.
When I make mistakes it's intentional. |
You goddamn swab!
I think I ate something dodgy, I'm doing a runny poo. ☹

but i don't deprive myself of anything. i am going to make a cake today and maybe spinach artichoke dip. and last night at the blackhawks game i went wild and had a hot-dog, sandwiches, all types of cheese and crackers and crudites and dips, and red bull and vodkas. i would have eaten some cake if they had any. "everything in moderation, even moderation" is the best approach to a diet, i think. |
In theory I am vegan.
In practice omnivore. |
had pizza so many times they sent me a free pizza card which I cashed in today
Did it come with a complimentary set of unclogged arteries?
