what's the deal with customized avatars, and why won't mine upload now?

is it some shit about my username? or was that cleared up...

I'm not really sure about this but since no one else has replied.. Mark LeDrew said it worked for him.

I think try making sure its within the limits ie 60x60pixels.. not sure of a size though, and probably name it your name in the exact same case just to make sure.

it doesn't have to be named after your SN...

just make sure that it's under the required image size limits and that you check the "use custom avatar" (or whatever) box on the options screen

it's easily missed
