one night i answered an ad to go to putt-putt. we went in the batting cages, played rounds of putt putt, and lost each other in the arcade. it wasn't until he was walking me to my car that i considered possible consequences and worried about attack. so i said no when he asked if i wanted to go out again, but i wanted to say yes.

because at some time during his walking to me to my car at night in a near-empty parking lot i finally thought of everything that could go wrong. i was on high alert for an attack and couldn't really think of anything but leaving. that's what i get for hanging out with a boy off craigslist.

too bad, though. he made me smile and was silly like me. he was a goofball, but not in the obnoxious carrot top way. more like a steve buscemi/jeff goldblum thing - serious, but didn't take himself seriously. i can't remember what he looked like.
