The school lunch program is an incentive for schools to receive federal reimbursements for every child on the program. Hence, why the program has expanded the last few years is mainly because the eligibility requirements have also expanded.

It's all coincided with the do-gooders dubious notion of "food insecurity" and trying to stamp that out in our culture. In effect though, its just nanny-state overreach which conditions more and more parents that feeding their children is not their responsibility.

That's about as communistic as you can get, here's the proof:

He could sell all that at what, 200% profit today. That's because Obama didn't outlaw ammo, he just let DHS and virtually every other government agency buy billions and billions of rounds in part to create scarcity in the market and drive up prices and make it tougher for regular folk to buy in.
