the difference is the hedge fund manager is the house, not the gambler

Yeah I've won a few bets lately by betting against them. They're definitely struggling. And what the hell happened to Matt Cain? Guys seemingly lost it.

I actually have some money on the Reds today, so I hope the Giants woes continue.

Usually, these are usually the squares who pick the favorites all of the time. I don't have a problem with betting on faves in baseball or hockey, but if you that with NFL, NBA, NCAAB or NCAAF you'll get destroyed.

Yeah, that's ultimately the level that I wanna reach. I've been doing this for about 4 years, and I've lost a lot of money doing it, but I've gotten consistently better after putting in a lot of time and effort into it. I'm really now at a level where I've been earning some extra income very consistently.

I don't really consider it gambling when you know the leagues inside and out and can spot the "sure things'. Of course nothing is for sure, but you know theres always those games that come along where you light up with certainty and they usually hit about 8 or 9 times outta 10.

I consider gambling to be playing roulette or slot machines where you literally have no logical idea of the outcome.

and when the hedge fund is the Fed and the house money is the dollar which they force others to use at the point of a gun, then you have the biggest degenerates of them all.

I think Cain has been nursing some soreness for much of the season. There was the infamous knife-cutting while making a sandwich excuse to the D.L. earlier this year. I always smell a rat with those but I guess it was legit because he was seen with a bandaid on after all.

anyway, tonight he shows up. but the offense is nondescript without Pagan. Take a look at their record with and without him in the lineup from last year and now this season, its eye popping.

The Omega Concern 06-29-2014 12:45 AM

and Romo hangs a slider to Phillips in the 9th and its 2-1 Reds. there's the aggregate I was talking about (without Pagan). game aint over yet officially, but, G's are in big trouble and its more than just recently and tonight, its going forward too.

O RLY?

Trotskilicious 06-29-2014 04:44 AM

AND NO, I WILL NEVER LET THAT GO

IS BECAUSE IT'S VERY NEARLY THE BEST THING EVER

THE ONLY THING BETTER WOULD BE IF IT WAS KOBE

Trotskilicious 06-29-2014 04:45 AM

i mean the very best part is the fact that the spurs are up by 23 right there, the series is not exactly over, but he already quit on it, completely quit. like a piece of shit.

the piece of shit he was destined to be when his athleticism left him

in the next game, ginobili, five years wade's senior, dunked on bosh & basically the whole team

because dwayne wade is an overrated piece of shit who can't shoot so now he's fucked

Trotskilicious 06-29-2014 04:51 AM

like here the spurs are only up by 7 in the first half and at that moment I KNEW THE CHAMPIONSHIP WAS OURS

GINOBS JUST DUNKED ON YOU PIECES OF SHIT

that's exactly what a degenerate gambler would say.

I'm kinda with scotty on this one. Gambling is gambling. Your odds might be better than playing machines but it's still gambling.

How much money do you put in and what kind of profit do you make yearly? Without bullshitting.

You gotta a 401k or a pension lined up? Just wait till the real degenerates of the world Cypress/Greece your ass with those. You might wish you had taken up the statistical challenge betting on sports, at least you have some control.

Last year I only raked in about a 1000 profit... Not so good, but this year I've already made about 3500. I usually just deposit a couple hundred at a time, but I haven't had to in quite awhile.

With that said, I also have another "Fuzzman winner" for you guys tonight.

Pick the Cleveland Indians over the LA Dodgers. Trust me on this one guys:love:

fuzzyroes 06-30-2014 05:27 PM

I should admit, that when I first started off with this shit I lost quite a bit of money, fucking sucked, But I feel like I've finally got good enough to start taking this shit seriously. I've been working hard at it for about 5 years.
