about 12 years ago i worked at a mcdonald's. it was a horrible job but i remember the cheese slices being surprisingly good. my guess is they had a higher ratio of cheese to other shit than the standard kraft singles (or whatever the equally terrible equivalent is here)

mcdonalds american cheese is good, but i wouldn't say it's "better" than kraft. kraft singles are really not that bad, i'd wager stuff at mcdonalds is much worse in terms of artificial stuff in it, if it's not made by kraft in the first place, which it still could be.
