Nerve Damage
 

a couple of weeks ago I fucked up in the kitchen and cut halfway through the base of my index finger. Amazingly I didn't slice through any tendons but somehow I did manage to cut through the nerves servicing my finger.

Now I have a finger that is completely numb. I can move it OK, but it's kind of strange cause I can't feel anything it's doing.

I fell down the stairs a few months ago (stepped on a sleeping cat in the dark) and now my one arm seems to fall asleep more often than it used to when I'm lying in bedf and I can't reach behind my back as far as I used to be able to without it hurting.

There goes my sports career.

i had some thoughts kicking around in my head about an rpgmaker netphoria game. netphoria is like one of those oldschool usenet rpgs so it could be a good fit. but i'm busy with my weird dungeon crawler on gamemaker that may never be finished. maybe i can do the netphoria game on gamemaker when i learn the ins and outs better

havent fucked around with rpgmaker in awhile, hopefully its alot better now. not that it "sucked" per se .. just everything i made back in the day felt so assembly line and soulless

I wasn't hip to that kind of info when the show was current. I was only a casual fan.

In retrospect you can see the changes to the show were obvious but I don't think the show really suffered a great deal because of it. It eventually became more cartoony as opposed to deadpan black comedy
