I used a public records search to try and find the address of the management company. And a cursory google search literally gives the names of about 20 different management companies at the same address and suite number.

the annoying thing about this is that 145 dollars is enough to be extremely inconvenienced but not enough to make a trip to court worthwhile. its like they chose that particular pricing point for that very reason.
